As Investival’s vibrant two days of financial enlightenment come to a close in Birgunj, Madesh Pradesh, we’re overflowing with gratitude. A huge thank you to every participant, supporter, and speaker who turned this festival into a milestone event aimed at boosting financial literacy, under the inspiring theme “Protect your money, secure your future.”

We were honored by the presence of Mr. Lal Babu Raut, the esteemed former Chief Minister of Madesh Pradesh, alongside luminaries like Mr. Anil Agrawal, President of the Birgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industries; Mr. Dipendra Chauhan, Secretary, Central Committee, Federation of Nepalese Journalists; and Mr. Ganesh Lath, former President of FNCCI Madesh Pradesh. Their profound insights set the tone for a truly impactful gathering.

From the kickoff with enlightening seminars by capital market veterans on Day 1 to the spirited Financial Rally led by Mr. Shailendra Kumar, Consul (PCS) of the Indian Embassy in Birgunj, every moment was imbued with learning and engagement. The rally, stretching from Ghantaghar to Maisthan Mandir, and the poignant Street Play by Birgunj Public College students brought our theme to life, resonating deeply with all attendees.

Day 2 elevated the excitement with the Madesh Pradesh Inter College Quiz Competition. Out of 35 teams across 8 districts, 8 advanced to the semi-finals, showcasing incredible wit and knowledge. Heartiest congratulations to Birgunj Public College for their win, with Hari Khetan Multiple Campus and Thakur Ram Multiple Campus following closely as the runner-up and second runner-up, respectively.

This festival wouldn’t have been possible without the collective efforts of the Stock Brokers’ Association of Nepal – SBAN, Merchant Bankers Association of Nepal (MBAN), FNCCI, Birgunj Public College, and the support from Securities Board of Nepal, Nepal Stock Exchange, CDSC, Khalti, and Surya Hospital. Together, we’ve made significant strides toward a financially savvy community.
